The iNailArt Printer has intelligent functions which make the operating process an easy task. Added to that, each operation procedure will be reminded on the screen (through your computer). Generally, everyone can master the operating process if he/she follows the given instruction. You will learn how to switch on/off the printer, how to fully utilize the functions of the machine and also how to maintain the printer after reading the detailed instructions. However, if you still have any problems, feel free to contact our support team and you will get a satisfying answer.

It is because the preview size of the nail art and the real printed nail art are not in the same size. Just adjust the nail art's size via “Zoom” under the menu of “Pictures” to solve this problem.

It is because the software driver is not set up or the operating system isn't working properly. Just re-install the software driver or restart the computer.

It is because the operating system isn't working properly. Just restart the computer to solve this problem.

It is because the properties of the software isn't set correctly or the special pre-coat is not coated evenly.
There are two ways to settle this problem:
(a) Set the properties of the software as the following:

(b) Coat the special pre-coat evenly.

The service life of the printer is 5 years. We do have a warranty of 1 year for it. If, within the warranty, the printer is defective or broken, just send it back to us and we will replace it with a new one. However, our printer has passed the CE and FCC tests, so, normally the printer won't have any serious broken problems. Furthermore, up to present, we haven't receive any broken printer from our customers.
